Our goal is to get you up and moving with social media as an integral part of your learning and performance solution. There's no 'one size fits all', so it's not like you can buy a tool off the shelf. We will start with your goals, assess your situation, and suggest specific approaches to take. We want to add high value, striking a balance between giving you a push in the right direction and deep guidance. We'll help you monitor performance. We won't shove you in the deep end and walk away.
What works will depend on your organization, your level of understanding, your capability, and your appetite. Consequently, we offer a range of 'packages' that vary in depth and support. If you're uncertain, choose the entry level and see if it's working for you. Or, better yet, let's talk and figure out what makes sense.

Answer to a specific question
When you're tackling a thorny problem and want to make sure you're making the right decision, a couple of us will help refine your question. Then the six of us will look at the issue from the point of view of several disciplines. We'll provide you with an answer, a slide deck to communicate the idea, and a well-thought answer. Typical initial fee is $980.
A day of consulting
Sometimes just spending time together, reflecting on critical issues, reviewing organizational readiness, exploring your learnscape, and brainstorming learning strategies is sufficient to get you going. Typical fee $5K for first day, $4K per day thereafter.
A session on the phone
Just need some quick virtual advice, brainstorming approaches, elaboration of a case study from the book, or personal explanations of learnscape issues? Let’s talk on the phone. Typical fee is $500/hour with a two-hour minimum.
Public presentation
We speak at conferences, trade shows, user group meetings, and educational sessions around the globe. Fees for onsite presentations start at $6,000.
Webinar
We deliver presentations and Q&A sessions for prospects, in-house groups, executive retreats, and sales meetings. Fees for a one-hour session start at $2K.
