Internet Time Alliance works with organizations that have recognized that organizational learning does not begin and end with training, and are looking to:
- take advantage of technology
- leverage the collective power of people
- optimize performance across the organization
When HR executives, training department managers, directors or CLO’s recognize that they’ve got to do more. Typical statements heard by our clients:
- Our training isn’t enough. We’ve got training, though it could be improved, but we recognize that formal learning only goes so far.
- We’re interested in social media and elearning 2.0, but don’t know how to get started. We want to get folks helping one another, and coming up with new ideas, but we haven’t the time to figure it out and a good idea how to go about it.
